Protect your Facebook Account from online identity Theft (Hackers)


Facebook is one of the most popular social networking services in the world. Today, I’m going to tell you how to protect your Facebook account from online identity Theft (Hackers) with some steps. Do not give any chance to online identity Theft.


Step A - Read me first:

o       Don’t download any unknown file comes in a mail from unknown sender.
o       Don’t install any third party software unless it’s from a trusted vendor.
o       Allow only trusted softwares & games to access your Facebook profile.
o       Don’t run any JavaScript code in your browser.
o     Keep your Facebook password as strong as possible. It’s recommended that you use a combination of letters (lower case, upper case), numbers & special characters within your Facebook password.
o   Block people to whom you don’t want to show your information. Only add people whom you really know.
o    Don’t click on any suspected links as one can be unaware to where it might lead to.
o     Don’t provide any sensitive information within your Facebook profile.
o    Use antivirus software (make sure it’s always up to date with the latest virus detections).

  • Go to your Facebook Account >> Click Account >> Click Account Settings >> Scroll down and Click ‘Change’ >> ‘Security Question’ >> Select Question >> Type your Answer for Selected Question >> then Click ‘Change Security Question’. (Solved)
